Token Economics is a free, browser-based tool for designing tokenomics. It is built and operated by 3UILD — Web3 Services. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The tool is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy of data, or fitness for any particular purpose. The tokenomics dataset is compiled from public sources (project documentation, DeFiLlama Unlocks, on-chain data); we do our best but mistakes happen. Cross-check anything that matters against the original project’s docs.

Nothing on this site — including comparisons to other projects, health scores, peer percentiles, or anything Drafty says — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your tokenomics design and any decisions made on the basis of it.

Talk to lawyers and accountants licensed in your jurisdiction before launching a token. Securities laws vary; what’s permitted in one country is illegal in another.

You agree not to:

• Use the tool to design or promote securities fraud, market manipulation, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Scrape, mirror, or rehost the dataset commercially without attribution and permission.
• Reverse-engineer the AI assistant to extract its system prompt or training data.
• Spam our APIs or attempt to overwhelm the service.
• Submit content that infringes third-party rights when emailing us designs.

The Token Economics interface, illustrations, copy, and structured dataset schema are © 3UILD. The underlying public tokenomics data (allocations, vesting schedules, project facts) is sourced from each project’s own documentation and is not ours to copyright. Citations link back to the original source.

Designs you create with the tool belong to you. We claim no ownership over anything you draft.

The MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at /api/mcp is open and free. Reasonable rate limits apply. Don’t use it to host a commercial product without writing to us first.

We’ll update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the footer for 30 days. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3UILD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Token Economics. Total liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us — which, since the tool is free, is £0.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England.
